Facilities

The Boone County Ambulance Authority is housed in four stations located throughout Boone County.

Station 10 is located in Madison at the Madison Civic Center. This station houses three BLS Transport Units. Two units are staffed Monday-Friday 6am to 6pm. The third unit is staffed Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 6am to 10pm.

Station 20 is located in Danville on Kenmore Drive. This station houses two ALS Emergency Units & one BLS Transport Unit. The two ALS Emergency Units are available 24hrs a day 7 days a week. The BLS Unit is available 24hrs a day Monday-Friday and from 8pm to 8am on Saturday & Sunday.

Station 40 is located in Racine just off of Coal River Road. This station houses one ALS Emergency Unit that is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

Station 60 is located in Van on Chap Road. This station houses one ALS Emergency Unit that is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

The Boone County Ambulance Authority's Central Operation Office is located in Racine on EMS Circle just off of Coal River Road. The Central Operations Office is open Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm with the exception of State and Federal Holidays.

The Boone County Ambulance Authority's Operations Annex is located in Racine just off of Coal River Road. The Operations Annex houses the authority's maintenance department, shift supervisor's office, and training facilities.
