Facilities

The Boone County Ambulance Authority is housed in five stations located throughout Boone County.

Station 10 is located in Madison at the Madison Civic Center. This station houses two BLS Transport Units that are available Monday-Friday from 6am to 6pm.

Station 15 is located in Madison at the Madison Civic Center. This station houses one ALS Emergency Unit that is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

Station 20 is located in Danville on Kenmore Drive. This station houses two ALS Emergency Units that are available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

Station 40 is located in Racine just off of Coal River Road. This station houses one ALS Emergency Unit that is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

Station 60 is located in Van on Chap Road. This station houses one ALS Emergency Unit that is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

The Boone County Ambulance Authority's Central Operation Office is located in Racine on EMS Circle just off of Coal River Road. The Central Operations Office is open Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm with the exception of State and Federal Holidays.

The Boone County Ambulance Authority's Operations Annex is located in Racine just off of Coal River Road. The Operations Annex houses the authority's maintenance department, shift supervisor's office, and training facilities.
