Transports
The Boone County Ambulance Authority provides both emergency & non-emergency transports. Emergency transports are dispatched by the Boone County Emergency 911 Center and can be reached by calling 911 or (304)369-9913. Non-emergency transports including Kidney Dialysis, Wound Care, and Doctor's Office Appointments can be scheduled by calling the BCAA Central Office at (304)837-3911.
The Boone County Ambulance Authority also provides interfacility transfers including; IFT (C3) ALS, Advanced Life Support, and Basic Life Support transports for Boone Memorial Hospital to other hospitals and tertiary care centers in West Virginia, Kentuky, Ohio, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
The Boone County Ambulance Authority is also proud to provide transport & emergency services to the new Greater Boone Dialysis Center located in Danville. If you have any questions regarding these or any other transports, please feel free to speak with our transport coordinator by calling (304)837-3911 Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST.
